“Steve” claims he had a busy January which included attending 2 trials (out of state, no less) [note to "Steve," screen captures have been saved]. Presumably these are the “trials” for the fake murder of little Amelia P____ and the mugging of “Steve” that supposedly took place back in July 2007, the incidents that led to his being exposed as a fraud.
“Steve” says he lives in Baltimore (close to John Hopkins University!). He also stated on his blog that the crimes took place in Baltimore County. Baltimore County is in Maryland. Any crimes that took place in Baltimore County would be tried in Baltimore County, Maryland. Not in another state. Even if a change in venue took place, it would be to another county in Maryland. There is no federal jurisdiction, therefore the case has to take place at the state or county level.
